Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Ordinance 1982 Section 5 Civil Aviation Authority employees were not defended by the defense of Pakistan The authority function was not defended by the Pakistan Army or the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Pakistan Army Act. Employees of the Authority were not covered by any of the provisions of the Act, 1952, as well as in the similar constitution relating to the Navy and the Air Force, the matters covered by the Constitution and the persons mentioned therein.
