Was not enough to defame or discredit him. The village in which the FIR was recorded was strongly advised that the complainant and witnesses witnessed the incident in which the accused was designated without reservation, at the site of the incident. The presence of eyewitnesses was quite natural and was influenced by the evidence that medical evidence supported with medical evidence. There was no shortage of accused in favor of lesser punishment and the accused was sentenced to death by trial court.
