MUHAMMAD KHAN versus THE STATE
The Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 Section 25A Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), the application for the exception of Section 2A complaints, section 2A, the Service Tribunals Act, 1973, was entered into the Act, whereby some corporations or Services were established under organizations. A federal law, owned or controlled by the federal government, was declared the service of Pakistan and its employees were considered to be public servants, the employer bank held that the government approved the employee's minority shares in the petition filed by the employee. The owner of the bank made ownership in the bank while the majority of the shares (51%) had already been transferred to the private parties but the government decided instead to liquidate the interest in the bank and thus it cannot be considered. If the government retains any controlling interest in the employer, the bank employee cannot be considered as a government employee. And their complaint request did not decrease
