The Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 Criminal Code (v. 1898), Section 439, had no motive for the accused or any motive against the accused for availing of the benefit of the suspect on suspicion of benefit, no recovery from the accused. The possibility is not possible. It may be that the accused was simply widened to the net, the trial court rightly acquitted the accused on the benefit of the doubt, the revision request for the accused's conviction was dismissed accordingly.
