Due to political pressure, any action on this request was made by the public workers to act in accordance with the law without fear, kindness and patronage, while the inactivity of the authority resulted in damages. Was considered under Article 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan. No one should be punished by the Public Officers Act for deciding its request within a reasonable time.
