Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 4, 25 and 199 Constitutional Request Public Works Duty 1998 The decision filed by the applicant before the Chairman, Regional Transport Authority was not decided and it was passed by the Mayor, Municipal Corporation in 1999 for necessary action. Was sent, which didn't work. Due to political pressure, any action on this request was made by the public workers to act in accordance with the law without fear, kindness and patronage, while the inactivity of the authority resulted in damages. Was considered under Article 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan. No one should be punished by the Public Officers Act for deciding its request within a reasonable time.
