The Pakistan Penal Code Section 302 (b) definition of evidence did not proceed with the complaining party reducing the prisoners as well as the accused party truthfully and the incident did not take place in accordance with the events as stated by the complainant. Had the party armed with firearms, the accused's father had proved the occupation of the land on record, either the complaining party had tried to damage his possession or there was another incident in which a person lost his life. The accused was retained in these circumstances. However, the facts of the case, We, in the favor of the accused, had a situation of detention under which the trial court sentenced the accused to death, according to which he was converted to life imprisonment.
