Appeal to the original decree of the CLC Code Order XPL that the appellants were unable to show sufficient cause to remain in execution and furthermore that they did not suffer substantial loss in the sense of XX, R 5, CPC. That if the order to stop the execution was not obeyed then it was fair, just and in the proper exercise of jurisdiction.
