The Special Relief Act, 1877, had declared the plaintiff's declaration of sale of the land in dispute in his favor, and also said that in his name the affirmation of the variation in relation to the said land and the sale of the claimant. Cannot deny the transaction and confirm the change in favor of it. The plaintiff was not justified in dismissing the trial either through requests or by entering the witness box.
