Article 25 Constitution of the Bank of Punjab Act 1989 Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Retention The applicant resigned from the service and his services were terminated by the bank because the bank's service rules were not legal. The rules, therefore, were not constitutional petitions. The service rules did not prohibit legal rules or regulations under the provisions of Section 25, Bank of Punjab Act 1989, so that the provincial government could obtain such approval. And that was missing until the legal principles of the service exist, the order of dismissal from the service cannot be challenged. The constitutional petition was not enforceable.
