MUSLIM SHAH versus MST. RABIA BIBI

Section dec 42: The claim of the plaintiffs was that they were entitled to share in the inheritance as the legal heirs of the deceased. The suit was ruled by the trial court. Could not lose the shares of. The plaintiff's mother was entitled to the inheritance of the deceased and the plaintiff was entitled to her mother's inheritance when the plaintiff's relationship was established, denying their share was against the integration of Islam and the law of the deceased would be divided. According to their own shares in the judgment and decree of the First Appellate Court, there was no permanent error or defect, nor any irregular or illegal action in which the amendment was excluded.
