And this can only be used for a short period of time so that passengers can ride or stay away from buses / coaches. Halting points cannot be used to start and end a journey. All public service vehicles can only be stopped for a very short period of time. Such points are not allowed for special parties or transporters for the purpose of picking up and releasing passengers by car.
