Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance 1965 Section 80 Using the Holding Points Object and Stop Points to Begin or End the Traveling Territory To allow points to a particular party or transporters, the validity of the validity points by the Government to the West Pakistan Vehicle Ordinance , Has been approved under section 80 of the 1965 Act. And this can only be used for a short period of time so that passengers can ride or stay away from buses / coaches. Halting points cannot be used to start and end a journey. All public service vehicles can only be stopped for a very short period of time. Such points are not allowed for special parties or transporters for the purpose of picking up and releasing passengers by car.
