MOOSO versus ALLAHDITO
Claims 3 and 7 of the Pakistan (Administration for Auke Property) Act, 1957, Article 185 (3) of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) claiming ownership of vacant property barrage land were not fully paid in fact by the courts below suit land. The suit land was approved in favor of the original (eviction) grant and under the Settlement Scheme there was no available land available for transfer to the claimant where the claimant subsequently transferred the suit land to the applicant, thus no such transfer I didn't get the right, the title or the honor. Interested in favor of the applicant The conclusions regarding the harmony of the three courts below were not misrepresented, not read the evidence and the LEGA was not allowed. The leave to appeal the weak decisions of the courts for any interference was denied.
