Applicant who had determined the jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 199 of the Customs Act 1969 Article 25 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 constitutional petition, was concerned that the shipment of similar importers of goods was reduced. Price was cleared. In addition to that which was found in the case of the applicant, he was entitled to the same treatment to the applicants of the treaty, unless the case was presented to him, for reasons which were not given to the court. Couldn't determine the price and it was a matter for the customs authorities to decide. According to the law, where accused of arbitrary and discriminatory treatment, state officials were obliged to convince the bereaved that he was not treated differently, the High Court directed the authorities to Review and reconsider the appeal filed by the applicant. Other cases of similar nature / cases were remanded
