Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 497 of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/34 bail, no identification test was conducted in the case after the arrest of the accused by witnesses, only evidence against the accused was present. Acceptance of the accused is objectionable in case of bail being presented before the court, in case of grant or denial of bail, the accused cannot be accused of being a fugitive, but against such commission in connection with the commission. The accusation has to do with some nexus. The fugitive of the crime was not enough to deny his bail, if he had a good case for bail on the other merit, then the accused was admitted under bail.
