Land Acquisition Act 1894 Sections 4, 18, 23 and 28 of the Acquisition Compensation Award of the Referee Court must be allowed, the land considered under section 23 (ii) of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 Owners charges, but no extra charge. As directed by Section 28A, they were disappointed with the purpose for which they were entitled to non-compliance bf mandatory provisions under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Was granted, in addition, there was a breach of the legal provision. The obligation to provide additional compensation under the mandatory supply of law and failure to court noncompliance was a mistake and the decree was valid.
