KARIM BUX versus STATE
All the petitions related to the denial of the accused high court were considered by the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Section 497, the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 201 and 114/34 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). The suspect, who had been present for more than five months and was not handcuffed by the local police despite denying his request for bail for the last four months, this situation itself reflected this fact. That was not confirmed by the local police. After the bail was rejected by the High Court, with all sorts of justice, he should have surrendered before the trial but instead he was watching the court proceedings and the court was away from the Supreme Court.
