Section 55 & Election 55 Election Petition Applicant, a failed candidate, in the election of the returning candidate, alleged that the returning candidate was defaulting on the bank loan. That he failed to disclose some of the properties owned by his papers. The properties disclosed by the returning candidate were not considered inferior and that they had committed corruption and illegal proceedings in the election nor had the applicant been able to prove allegations against the returning candidate. He did not present any evidence but he did not mention them in his examination and only said that the allegations were made in the form of suggestions given by the returning candidate as his own witness. The retired candidate denied the allegations of incubation impact on the applicant, The selection was made to prove the allegations leveled at the petition, but upon the refusal of the returning candidate, the applicant failed to present any evidence in support of them, the allegations related to the allegations were decided by negative witnesses. The testimony was presented about the purchase of votes by the returning candidate. In the absence of any evidence of alleged corruption and illegal action by the returning candidate in the election purchased by the looted candidate, the election request was dismissed.
