Payment of court fees on such interest payable on sections 28, 34 and 51 interest-bearing compensation awards is payable under section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, under such Act, 434 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Interest was the same, and it was not a part of the compensation for the acquisition of the land in the sense that it was a quid pro quo for the value of the land taken under section 51 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, of any court fee.
