CHIEF ADMINISTRATOE OF AUQAF versus RAJ BIBI
The Punjab Waqf Properties Ordinance 1979 Section 7 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) is a dispute as to where the houses in question were located where the department had legally occupied the premises under the premises and whether the department was authorized It was not an option. The control and management of the aforesaid houses was still open between the parties, as the district judge did not decide whether the land consisting of specific khasra numbers was ever dedicated to the shrine or its longtime user. There was dedicated property. The District Judge did not readily apply to the applicant on the ground that the property belongs to the provincial government, so the applicant has no locus standi nor had any reason to file the petition. The District Judge High Court remanded the matter to the District Judge to determine whether the notification contained in the application of the land issue was pending, pending an appeal against the High Court order. Was dismissed accordingly.
