NAZAR ALI versus MUNIR HUSSAIN
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Maintaining a Constitutional Petition The Assistant Commissioner in responding to the inquiry into the facts found in the constitutional petition disputed the property rights to the respondents in the inquiry, told the respondents' family members of the applicant. Such inquiries, which were entitled to the grant of proprietary rights to the land in question, were repeatedly recorded in successive inquiries on the basis of the applicants, based on material appreciated by the inquiry officers and recorded these results. It cannot be said that such a finding of fact cannot be interfered with by the High Court in a constitutional application without basis.
