Pakistan Penal Code Section 302 (b) Suppressing Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1475), Section 4 Suppressing Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) (Amendment) Ordinance (XL of 1995), Special Court Ordinance Predictable No XL charged with introducing amendments to the Schedule (Special Courts) Act 1975 to suppress terrorist activities in 1995, which allegedly covered the offense committed by the accused. During the trial, the trial of the accused was not processed by the special court, hence its jurisdiction and without guilt proved to be a crime. Consequently, the conviction of the accused was set aside and according to the law of the case the relevant session for the de novo trial was presented to the judge.
