GHULAM RASOOL versus MUHAMMAD SHARIF
The Special Relief Act 1877 Section 12 Act exempted for the declaration and occupation of this evidence (Article 10 of 1984), Article 33 Arbitration Act (X of 1940), Section 14 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3).
