Article 199 Law Reform Ordinance (XII of 1972), the dismissal of the Section 3 intra-Court Appeal Service was an employee of the Multan Development Authority and was terminated from employment, a constitutional petition filed by the appellant dismissed by the High Court, Appellant acknowledged the process. The termination of its services by the authority was based on legal utility. Although financial utilities were primarily a factual question, it was not difficult to ascertain then whether the appellant's service was motivated by a summary termination act. It is being alleged that the order of termination of the appellant approved by the authority was void and without any legal authority and it was set aside.
