The West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 Section 45, the plaintiffs for the review of the legacy change were excluded from the change of inheritance and this was only confirmed in the name of the respondent, only 33 years after Saeed's mutation. This was confirmed when the trial court, after confirming it, had dismissed the case, while the lower appellate court dismissed the appeal at the threshold point, declaring the change invalid and illegal. After the defendant's shares had been settled, the rest had to go to the plaintiff's Revenue Officer. There was material irregularity for the plaintiffs' lower courts regarding inheritance decisions and the orders of these two courts, which refused to obstruct them on the wrong decision of the law questions involved in this case and so on.
