SHAFIA SALMA versus TAJUL MALOOK, DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, SHEIKHUPURA

Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional Applicant Withdrew from Government Residence, Applicant, a Government employee, was allotted a Government Residence where she was staying with her family, Such allotment of Applicant was canceled. To accommodate only his personal assistant, the applicant was forcibly evicted. The provincial provincial government in the order prevented the deputy commissioner from continuing his efforts to eliminate the applicant, which was not only clear and controversial, but in a way approved by the deputy commissioner to expel the applicant. The order of the Deputy Commissioner was also considered illegal and the application was allowed according to the authority and no legal effect.
