QAMAR ABBAS versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 426 of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302 (c) / 34 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) demanded the suspension of the sentence before the High Court. On the basis of an apology from the legal heirs of the deceased High Court, they refused to grant bail, in the event of a genuine compromise between the deceased's legal heirs, the accused refused to bail. The High Court, on the basis of the alleged pardon, refused to appeal the appeal for due process by way of dealing with its appeal.
