Service Tribunals Act 1973 Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1993), Article 212 (3), dismisses employees of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan on charges of mismanagement, after issuing a charge sheet and inquiry against them. Only one witness who testified through the fraud and money laundering confessed to himself that he was a direct witness to the facts stated in the allegations against the employees, but because he was associated with the audit report. The audit committee examined the objections that were made by the inquiry committee. No other witness was examined to testify, no attempt was made to prove the written documents of the employees to prove the record, nor the alleged money from any of the employees examined. There was no evidence against the employees because the Supreme Court dismissed the report of the inquiry committee's employees not being provided to the employees before their personal hearing by the rule of authority. The application was modified and the decision of the service tribunal was set aside under which the authority Termination order was passed. After the formation of the inquiry committee and the parties having the opportunity to include evidence in the evidence of their own petitions, the case was sought to be adjourned.
