Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973 S, 3 (b), 3 (e) and 3 (d) [as amended by the Sindh Service Tribunals (Amendment) Act (XXXI of 1994)]. The respondent filed in civil court against his mandatory retirement order. The Service Trial Court ruled in this case and the petitioner preferred the appeal against such order before the lower appellate court when an amendment to the Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973 was filed during the approval of the appeal. The lower appellate court concluded that. The appeal was rejected. The petitioner's position was that there was stability in the matter as well and that the termination of litigation without a final determination of the rights of the parties was not the correct view of the applicant's reasoning for terminating the trial. The lower appellate court CA's ruling did not identify any jurisdictional illegal or material misconduct due to filing or lack of appeal was made for interference.
