The Code of Civil Code 1908 Section 24 provides for the transfer of section 24, the CPC authorizes the High Court and the District Court to transfer, withdraw and transfer at any stage, any pending case, appeal or other proceeding from a subordinate court. The second court is presented either by the motion itself or by the aggrieved party's action under the power of the High Court in this regard.
