The Service Tribunals Act 1973 Section 2, a Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3), was upheld by the Supreme Court in order to consider whether the service tribunal refused to entertain the appeals on this basis. Whether or not the Section 2A, Service, Tribunals Act, 1973 was not applicable to the applicant's case was not reported because of the alleged reasons for the proceedings before the 1997 Act, 1997, the date of implementation of Section 2A of the Act.
