Land Acquisition Act 1894 Sections 18, 22 and 23 Acquisition of Land Acquisition Consistency was applied by the same department to certain lands with the same measles number and the amount of compensation paid to the previous owner for the same purpose was much higher. The present owner should have been compensated for the land, at least at the first rate of compensation, if the court had not done more than the court could not do, thus, irregularities were committed.
