Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 497 of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), on the basis of reasonable grounds for guaranteeing 302, was available to believe that the accused was connected to the commission of the crime with which he was charged. The sessions court had given reasons for not granting him bail. The accused were neither negligent nor misleading, and the discretion was exercised by them, no interference was sought, bail was denied.
