Civil Code of Civil Procedure 1908 Sections 6, 17, 20 and 120 of the Code of Civil Procedure Articles 16, 17 and 20 of the CPC applicable. Some of the defendants were not based in Pakistan, nor did they do any business in Pakistan under the jurisdiction of the courts. In this case, the claim of Pakistan Scope Relief was on the termination of the agreements, which were to be implemented exclusively in Pakistan, where the agreements between the parties were to be implemented locally, under the provisions of the section 120 High Court. The cause of action under the Act was created, instead of reducing the jurisdiction on the grounds that the Sections 16, 17 and 20 of the CPC were not applicable to the proceedings, the jurisdiction of the High Court could not be questioned. ?
