In such cases the possession of the vehicle was for the purpose of inspection only by a government appointed auditor. Which was considered under section 95 of the motor. The Vehicle Ordinance, 1965 and for no other purpose the applicant could not be instructed to offer a vehicle release guarantee, which resulted in the Sessions Court's proportional order being set aside and the vehicle returned to the applicants.
