The purpose of reviewing RCL Procedure Code Order XLVII, R1 of CPC Review Section 114 and O XLVII, is to enable a party to remove an error or to prevent a court from doing injustice, in reviewing the ratification. Approval is, of course, a court, but it should be used on legitimate judicial principles.
