Which is intended to give the Department another opportunity to include the occupation of the sides of the houses, including the share of the lawns involved, the letter and spirit of section 2 (4). Accordingly, the appeal against the decision of the High Court of Homelessness (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1958 was dropped.
