The Special Relief Act 1877 Section 42 declaration provides for relief in relation to legal status and role which includes personal rights and property relationships, contractual obligations and ineligibility statements arising from the claim that the defendant has served a term. Did not commit a violation. No contract was declared with regard to any legal role nor any right to any property, and such declaration was made in a negative manner rarely and rarely and exclusively by the High Court. In the case the suit was dismissed as ineligible in the circumstances.
