Pakistan Penal Code Section 307/34 Defining Evidence 3 The lower court found three accused guilty of wounding the same bullet on the complainant's leg while one of the accused was empty-handed while the other accused, however, fired. Still, no one was hurt. The suspects were acquitted accordingly. The principal suspect fired the gun at the complainant, but only one shot was fired, the accused had already served a year, four months and 23 days in jail. He had also faced a lengthy trial for more than 13 years. The conviction of the accused was retained, but he was reduced to seven years' imprisonment \ RI, which was already imprisoned.
