Petitioner authorized to reopen the case after the abolition of vacant property and IDPs Act (1975) section 2 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Settlement Act. The land was allotted in 1971, the applicant's allotment on the basis of a certificate entitled to certification was challenged in 1976 on the solicitation petition which was rejected by the authorities and against the allotment of the applicant on a miscellaneous application in 1988. Investigation was launched No action was pending against the legal allotment. At the time of the cancellation of the Settlement Laws, such an inquiry was without authority, without legal authority, without crime and illegal, and the inquiry against the applicant was ordered to be suspended under the circumstances.
