Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 Section 24 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 Election Petition was held that the High Court had suspended the order of the Election Tribunal under which the candidate as a member of the District Council The election was nullified, but the elected candidate, despite pressing the fact, was successful in obtaining an order from the High Court of fraud, which stated that the candidate as a member of the District Council approved the constitutional application. During the course of the duties it was directed that the application for leave of appeal was dealt with by the court observation. Should the Supreme Court come up against the High Court order, bring your complaint to the notice of this Court where appropriate application will be decided on the issue of merit and as per law.
