He was probably about 16 or 17 years old and was a tenth grade student, after being locked in a room with the accused's sister (ie the wife of the accused), he was subjected to continuous abuses by the 18 buds. In the police investigation, the accused had no previous case for bail and accordingly the application for bail was dropped.
