As well as the said plot, thereafter, in 1982 the respondents were allotted by the Allotted Petitioner for the transfer of the plots in 1960 while the respondent had applied for the same number of years after which the petitioner accepted. Had built a warehouse on it, and litigated with its tenant which the plaintiff had applied for. To be a party to such litigation but their plea was rejected, against which they did not violate any of the respondents' civil case against the applicant in respect of the plot under question and this order. The final position was obtained because the defendant did not show any further provocation. In this case it is claimed that during his trial the applicant's possession was against withdrawal. Head, the settlement authority, took action without any valid basis, which the controversial applicant had allegedly plotted on the plot. The occupation was demanded, therefore, he was entitled to exchange it under the law, a decree was issued to allot the respondents on the one hand and the settlement authority issued the transfer documents in favor of the applicant.
