KARAM ELAHI versus DISTRICT JUDGE, LODHRAN
The trial court upheld the constitutional petition's maintenance relief suit for the possession of section 9 of the Special Relief Act (of 1877), section 9 of the Special Relief Act of 1877, and also filed a revision under it. Appeal met the same fate. The Court Petitioner merely sought to intervene in the finding of the courts on the ground that the two courts below did not define the evidence in its true context, where the orders passed by the trial courts were neither void nor quorum non-judgment and Decisions and orders were approved. According to the law, the constitutional petition was without force and was liable to be rejected
