The appearance and absence of parties to the Civil Procedure Code Order IX of CPC resulted in the refusal to exclude O IX, R 6. The High Court did not list the cause of the High Court before the plaintiff's counsel, nor did the case number mention the excuse as to the absence of any other court's counsel to engage. This should not be accepted, as it was more often than not stated by excuse, but rather by the fact that the applicants / plaintiffs were extremely negligent and unable to explain the absence of the day when the trial. There is no reason why they were summoned before the trial court for evidence, therefore, by interfering with the orders passed by the courts below. Existed.
