The court had to conclude that all the views on the matter were whether Khulla's wife. Was deserved \ where there was enough evidence on record to come to that conclusion. That wife was entitled to Khulla, so it would be of no use to force a woman to remain in a hateful union with a person. And was thus entitled to dissolve the marriage on Khula's claim.
