The Punjab Government Employees (Talent and Discipline) Rules 1975 Rr 5 & 6 Inquiry Officer challenged the Government employee's suspension, dismissing a public employee in front of him after thorough investigation and evidence. After the waiver was misled by the complainant. And suspended the officer when the inquiry officer joined hands with the administration, there would be no alternative for the officer, therefore, the service tribunal declared the suspension order illegal and without authorization.
