Because the Special Anti-Terrorism Court takes action to justify the jurisdiction of terrorism, except that certain specialties are guaranteed to decide the cases quickly. The High Court directed that the cases against the accused in the Special Anti-Terrorism Court be transferred to the District and Sessions Judge and decided.
