ABDUR REHMAN versus ABDUL LATIF
The Oaths Act 1873 Section 10 Special Oath Party offered an oath to the "Quran" which the other party accepted, and in the light of such special affidavit, the trial court decided the recording of a special oath by the trial court. Submitted under recording. Any request filed in this regard wherein the oath was taken by the plaintiff was similarly suggested by the defendant and the words of the trial court were recorded and the person taking the oath did not. Not only signed but also marked his thumb. And he recorded his ID card number, and because there was no need for a plea in his oath to take the oath, the trial was properly heard by the trial court.
