No lawyer has appeared in court on the postponement date and the appeal for the first prosecution lawyer's immunity was dismissed by two lawyers. The reason is that the last lawyer failed to appear before the last lawyer's Court of Power because of his illness, it was not stated that the powers of the first two lawyers were void. And so, there was a lawyer in favor of the former lawyer. The former lawyer was responsible for processing the first appeal and should have appeared in court on all dates of trial to prosecute his appointment. None of the lawyers who filed their lawyers on behalf of the applicant / tenant did not prove that they exhibited prudent and negligent superiority and were prevented from appearing in court when hearing the appeal.
