West Pakistan Citizens Rental Ordinance 1959 Section 13 Tenant Landlord and Tenant Withdrawal, Landlord's relationship claimed itself to be the premises owned by the tenant overcoming the rent. Denied the relationship and a preliminary issue was made in this regard. Prove your own position, both the parties with the controller of the rent as well as the lower appellate court, presented evidence that such a relationship existed and the tenant was dismissed, in which case the tenant was evicted. The order to do so was rightly approved.
